AFL Recruitment is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Administrative Assistant/Legal Secretary to join our team at a premier plaintiff personal injury law firm.
Key Responsibilities:
- Liaise with clients, insurers, doctors, hospitals, and government departments to facilitate case progress.
- Prepare and manage court documents, correspondence, and data entry.
- Provide administrative support to the Managing Partner and personal injury lawyers.
- Assist with filing, printing, scanning, and saving documents.
- Review, send, and save emails.
- Perform general administrative tasks.
Requirements:
- Minimum 12 months of experience as a legal secretary/assistant/paralegal or office administrator in a law firm.
- Some personal injury law experience preferred, or a keen interest in this area.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills and accurate typing speed of minimum 55-60+wpm.
- Highly self-motivated, adaptable, and positive attitude.
- Highly organized with high attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
- Ability to work in a vibrant, busy, and fast-paced environment.
- Long-term career prospects with a reputable law firm.
