AFL Recruitment is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Administrative Assistant/Legal Secretary to join our team at a premier plaintiff personal injury law firm.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Liaise with clients, insurers, doctors, hospitals, and government departments to facilitate case progress.
  • Prepare and manage court documents, correspondence, and data entry.
  • Provide administrative support to the Managing Partner and personal injury lawyers.
  • Assist with filing, printing, scanning, and saving documents.
  • Review, send, and save emails.
  • Perform general administrative tasks.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 12 months of experience as a legal secretary/assistant/paralegal or office administrator in a law firm.
  • Some personal injury law experience preferred, or a keen interest in this area.
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills and accurate typing speed of minimum 55-60+wpm.
  • Highly self-motivated, adaptable, and positive attitude.
