Job Title: Maintenance Planning and Scheduling Coordinator

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Maintenance Planning and Scheduling Coordinator. We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual who can provide administrative support to the Engineering department.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years' experience in planning/scheduling coordination, preferably in heavy equipment, engineering, or industrial environments. A trade-related background is preferred, with hands-on understanding of workshop and maintenance operations.

The role involves coordinating and scheduling preventative maintenance and major repairs to ensure seamless operation. You will also be responsible for maintaining and updating the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) to ensure accurate and up-to-date maintenance records and reliable asset tracking.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Promote a strong safety culture by ensuring compliance with Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) programs.
  • Handle procurement and financial processes, including purchasing, receiving, and invoice management.
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports to drive improvements in reporting efficiency.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Advanced computer literacy with proficiency in using systems such as Maximo, Oracle, and Microster.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and produce accurate, insightful reports.
  • Excellent communication skills and a professional approach to customer service across all levels of the business.
  • Team-oriented mindset with a commitment to quality, continuous improvement, and delivering organizational results.
