About This Role

This leadership position offers a unique chance to make a meaningful impact on the lives of young children and their families. As Centre Director, you will be responsible for:

  • Fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment that promotes social, emotional, physical, and cognitive development;
  • Developing and implementing educational programs that align with national standards and quality frameworks;
  • Mentoring and guiding educators to enhance their skills and knowledge;
  • Collaborating with families and community stakeholders to promote partnerships and engagement;
  • Overseeing centre operations, including budget management, staff supervision, and risk management.
Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will possess:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education and Care or a related field;
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a leadership role or director position;
  • Strong working knowledge of the National Quality Standard (NQS), National Quality Framework (NQF), and Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF);
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills;
  • Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team and build strong relationships with children, families, and community stakeholders.
