Join us as a dedicated leader in the field of early childhood education. We are seeking an experienced and passionate Director to lead our team at Caringbah centre.

This is an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of children and families. As a Centre Director, you will play a key role in fostering a warm, inclusive, and engaging learning experience for all.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the centre team to deliver high-quality early childhood education and care programs

• Foster strong relationships with children, families, and staff to create a supportive and collaborative environment

• Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements

• Collaborate with the Head Office Team to achieve organisational goals and objectives

• Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices to continually improve centre operations

Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education and Care
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a leadership role or Director position
  • Strong knowledge of the National Quality Framework (NQF) and the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF)
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
