Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Lead for our Enterprise Applications team at WNS Global Services. As a Technical Lead, you will be responsible for leading the development of enterprise-level web applications using an object-oriented technology stack.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development team in designing and implementing data models, defining architectural and development standards, and preparing high-level technical specifications.
- Perform frequent code reviews and ensure the quality of the overall delivery.
- Interact with customers on a daily basis and be the main point of contact for customer inquiries.
- Present demos to customers and run all major sprint ceremonies.
- Plan project releases and lead User Acceptance Testing with business users.
- Oversee infrastructure setup for On-Premise projects and work with the off-shore team during the development phase.
- Develop working knowledge of Networks and OS platforms (Windows, Linux) and agile development methodologies.
Qualifications
- 4-5 years of experience in developing enterprise-level web applications using an object-oriented technology stack.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in leading a team of developers.
- Experience in developing on J2EE platforms, .Net platforms, RDBMS platforms (Oracle, MySQL, SQL Server).
