This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead innovation and strategy in our dynamic gaming environment. You will drive the development of cutting-edge gaming products, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and guide innovative gaming products from roadmap development to product launch.

We are seeking an experienced Director, Product Management to join our team in Sydney, Australia. As a hybrid role, you will report to the office 2-3 days per week as needed by the business.

About the Role
  • Broad Product Vision: Develop a comprehensive understanding of market trends, competitors' products, and players' behavior to create engaging player experiences.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Manage and work with cross-functional teams to define, document, and drive the product roadmap, game features, mechanics, and delivery process focusing on functional execution and positioning of product success in the market.
  • Technical and Business Alignment: Guide products throughout the development cycle; bridging technical and business requirements and driving delivery solutions and processes to meet customer and business needs.
  • Strategic Planning: Ensure our games align with players' preferences and company's strategic and commercial goals.
  • Business Ownership: Be the key business owner of the product and content portfolio strategic planning including, strategy for new product introductions, and end-of-life planning.
  • Roadmap Planning: Direct the prioritization of development resources by roadmap planning based on commercial needs.
  • Sales Enablement: Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to create and maintain comprehensive sales enablement materials, execute product marketing and launch strategies.
About You
  • Education: Bachelor's Degree in Business, Engineering, Information Technology, or a combination of education and equivalent work experience in a related field required.
  • Experience: At least 8 years' experience in technical project management, program management, or product management role; casino operations, casino gaming, digital, or gaming industry is of significant interest.
  • Leadership Experience: At least 4 years' experience leading and managing people.
  • Product Management Lifecycle: Extensive experience with product management lifecycle process and communicating with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Data Analysis: Proficiency in data analysis and using insights to drive strategy and optimize brand performance.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage and influence stakeholders.
  • Problem-Solving: Demonstrated ability in identifying and solving problems effectively and efficiently as they relate to products.
  • Organizational Skills: Well-developed and proven organizational skills with an ability to balance and prioritize a variety and competing demands.
  • Commercial Awareness: Commercially astute, self-motivated, and achievement driven.
  • Travel Requirements: Ability to travel 20%-30% based on the needs of the business.

The estimated annual salary for this position is approximately AU$180,000 - AU$220,000 depending on experience and qualifications.
