Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Risk Management Specialist to join our team. As an Enterprise Risk Manager, you will play a key role in managing and uplifting the risk management framework, ensuring business resilience and compliance with regulatory requirements.

  • Develop and implement effective risk management strategies to mitigate potential threats and opportunities.
  • Conduct regular risk assessments and reporting to inform business decisions.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and prioritize risks, and develop mitigation plans.
  • Stay up-to-date with changes in legislation and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
Requirements:
  • A strong background in risk management (circa 5-6+ years) with experience working in aged care, housing, property, real estate, construction, or utilities.
  • Relevant tertiary education and a proactive mindset with excellent communication skills.
