Job Title: Risk and Compliance Specialist

Role Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Risk and Compliance Specialist to strengthen our risk management culture.

This key position plays a pivotal role in designing, embedding, and continuously improving frameworks, policies, and tools that enable us to operate within our risk appetite.

The successful candidate will be a detail-oriented and proactive professional who thrives in a collaborative environment and enjoys working across complex stakeholder groups.

  • Support the implementation and enhancement of our Risk and Compliance Frameworks
  • Manage and improve the Governance, Risk, and Compliance system (Protecht)
  • Coordinate regulatory audits and reporting
  • Provide assurance through control monitoring, incident management, and compliance reporting
  • Advise on regulatory change and coordinate compliance training
  • Support investor due diligence and engagement with regulators, auditors, and external stakeholders
Key Responsibilities
  • Embed risk and compliance frameworks into business operations
  • Develop and maintain effective governance, risk, and compliance systems
  • Ensure regulatory compliance through audits and reporting
  • Identify and mitigate risks through control monitoring and incident management
  • Promote a culture of risk awareness and compliance among stakeholders
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in risk and compliance
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
