At Lendi Group, we're looking for a seasoned Customer Journey Architect Lead to drive the creation and execution of world-class customer experiences. With a strong background in CRM and marketing automation, you'll own the development of highly personalised customer lifecycle journeys and campaigns.

Job Description

We offer a competitive salary range of $180,000 - $220,000 per annum, depending on experience. As our ideal candidate, you'll have a minimum of 8-10 years of experience in CRM, marketing automation, and digital marketing. Your expertise will enable us to deliver tailored customer communications across email, SMS, push notifications, and other integrated channels.

We're seeking someone with a proven track record of developing and executing successful customer journey strategies. Strong leadership and team management skills are essential, along with experience overseeing a team of marketing specialists. Proficiency in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Adobe Campaign, Braze, or similar platforms is required. Additional skills in SQL, AMPScript, and web personalisation platforms like Marketing Cloud Personalisation are highly valued.

Your focus will be on project planning and management, data analysis, and cross-functional collaboration with teams across Product, Design, Engineering, and Distribution. Governance and compliance will also be key areas of responsibility, ensuring all journey content meets brand standards and regulatory requirements.
