Job Title:

Event Coordinator

About the Position:
  • Oversees the organization and execution of successful events
  • Develops and implements effective marketing strategies to promote vendor products
  • Collaborates with colleagues to achieve sales targets and enhance customer experiences
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Directs daily activities of Product Demonstrators, ensuring they are prepared and engaging with customers
  2. Mentors and guides employees in executing consumer events, focusing on efficiency and effectiveness
  3. Participates in hiring processes, conducts interviews, and provides new hire training
  4. Provides continuous feedback and coaching to employees, utilizing progressive concepts
  5. Communicates effectively with store management and associates to address issues and review results
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in a supervisory position or a Bachelor's degree in Business Management
  • Proven leadership abilities and experience in previous roles
  • Ability to recruit, coach, counsel, and correct employees as needed
  • Familiarity with workplace safety regulations and standards
