Lead Event Planner Role

We are seeking an experienced and skilled event professional to lead our team of event planners.

This is a senior-level role that requires excellent leadership skills, strategic thinking, and a proven track record of delivering successful events. As the lead event planner, you will be responsible for developing and implementing event strategies, managing budgets, and ensuring seamless execution of events.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement event strategies to drive business growth and revenue
  • Manage event budgets and ensure effective cost control
  • Oversee event planning and execution, including venue selection, catering, audio-visual requirements, and logistics
  • Foster strong relationships with clients, vendors, and stakeholders to deliver exceptional customer service
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and new technologies to continuously improve event delivery and quality
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business, or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in event planning, preferably in a senior-level role
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills
  • Proven track record of delivering successful events, meeting deadlines, and exceeding client expectations
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to think strategically and make informed decisions
  • Familiarity with event planning software, tools, and technologies
