Customer Due Diligence Specialist

About the Position
As a Customer Due Diligence (CDD) specialist, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing our CDD processes to ensure compliance with anti-money laundering and combating the financing of terrorism (AML/CTF) regulations. You will provide expert guidance and support to your team on complex Know Your Customer (KYC) cases and escalations.
You will be responsible for developing and training both new and existing members of the CDD team to guarantee they are equipped to perform their roles confidently and effectively. You will also handle internal and external audits related to CDD, identify potential risks in the KYC process, and manage relationships with external stakeholders.
Additionally, you will maintain confidentiality of customer information, meet agreed targets, and communicate progress to leaders. This position is focused on making a positive impact and ensuring the organization remains compliant and secure while delivering exceptional customer experiences.
