Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Sites Manager to manage building operations, maintenance, and tenant relations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the maintenance of building systems including HVAC, electrical, fire, and security.
  • Manage contractor performance and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
  • Implement strategies for tenant retention and maintain excellent relationships.
  • Monitor and manage property data, including energy, water, and waste consumption.
  • Develop and maintain standard documentation procedures.
  • Procure and tender contractors for preventative maintenance contracts and projects.
  • Respond to after-hours emergencies as required.
Requirements:
  • Experience in managing commercial assets and their systems.
  • Strong knowledge of building services, including fire systems and building intelligence.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Proactive approach with a focus on achieving results.
