Skillful management of building operations is a crucial aspect of our team's success. As the Manager of Buildings Operations, you will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance and upkeep of our properties to ensure optimal performance and client satisfaction.

You will lead a team of skilled professionals in managing building systems, including HVAC, electrical, fire, and security. This will involve proactive monitoring and timely resolution of any issues that may arise, ensuring a safe and comfortable environment for tenants.

A key part of this role is implementing effective tenant retention strategies and maintaining excellent relationships with our clients. You will work closely with tenants to understand their needs and preferences, identifying opportunities to enhance their experience and increase satisfaction.

In addition to these responsibilities, you will also be involved in the development and implementation of standard documentation procedures, ensuring consistency and accuracy across all properties.

Procurement and tendering of contractors for PPM contracts and various projects will also fall under your purview, as will responding to after-hours emergencies as needed.
