Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Cloud Native Infrastructure Developer to design, implement and maintain scalable cloud platforms using Kubernetes clusters. This role is part of a high-impact team tasked with delivering robust infrastructure solutions.

Responsibilities
  • Design and Implement Kubernetes Clusters: Develop and deploy highly available and scalable Kubernetes clusters for multiple workloads, applications or services.
  • Optimize Cluster Performance: Monitor and improve the performance of Kubernetes clusters to ensure high availability and scalability.
  • Troubleshoot Issues: Identify and troubleshoot issues related to Kubernetes deployments, networking and resource management.
  • Implement Security Best Practices: Design and implement security best practices within Kubernetes environments.
  • Automate Routine Tasks: Automate routine tasks and processes to increase efficiency.
  • Mentor Junior Team Members: Mentor junior team members and contribute to knowledge sharing within the team.
Qualifications
  • Experience in Cloud Native Infrastructure: 5+ years experience building and developing cloud native infrastructure and systems.
  • Kubernetes Expertise: Experience with container and orchestration technologies, specifically Kubernetes, Docker or ContainerD (2+ years).
  • AWS Cloud-Native Solutions: Experience designing and delivering AWS cloud-native infrastructure solutions (3+ years).
  • Languages and Automation Tools: Experience with one or more relevant languages such as GoLang, Python and automation tools like Ansible, Terraform.
  • Observability Solutions: Experience with observability solutions such as SignalFX, Splunk.
  • Linux Server Management: Deep experience managing and troubleshooting Linux servers.
  • Agile Methodologies: Practical knowledge of agile software development methodologies (e.g., Kanban, Scrum).
  • Information Security Systems: Experience with information security systems would be a huge bonus (e.g., vulnerability scanning, OSQuery, etc.).
