Clinic Manager Position

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinic Manager to lead our team in the smooth operation of our medical clinic.

This is an exceptional opportunity for a Practice Manager and Nurse to contribute to healthcare excellence through the effective management of day-to-day operations, leading people, and optimising patient care delivery.

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of health issues affecting Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities and be able to work effectively in a dynamic and culturally diverse environment.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading and managing day-to-day operations of the clinic
  • Supervising, supporting, and developing administrative and clinical staff
  • Maintaining compliance with clinical and operational standards and policies
  • Overseeing Medicare and private billing processes
  • Supporting quality improvement and accreditation activities

The role reports to the Clinics Operations Manager and works closely with the Assistant Manager to support our multidisciplinary team. If you're ready to step into a leadership role, we invite you to apply.
