**Job Title:** Telecommunications Systems Support Officer

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Telecommunications Systems Support Officer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical support and maintenance to our complex telecommunications systems.

You will work in a dynamic and geographically diverse environment, requiring strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve issues efficiently.

Your expertise in the telecommunications field will enable you to contribute to the development of internal innovation, business case compilation, and project development. You will also be responsible for writing or contributing to policy, procedures, and local ICT standards.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • A degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience
  • Experience in development of internal innovation, business case compilation, and project development with a focus on requirements gathering, analysis, and design within the telecommunications field
  • Experience in an operational and project environment regarding implementation, testing, and quality assurance
  • Experience in support and maintenance against agreed service levels across a complex geographically diverse team
  • Experience in reporting against these service levels and project progress
  • Knowledge and experience of procedures relating to change, incident, and problem management within an environment comparable to NSW Health
