Project Administrator Role Overview
As a Project Administrator, you will provide comprehensive support to project teams focusing on safe delivery, collaboration, and integrity. This role demands proficiency in job costing, purchasing, and project documentation ensuring efficient site operations and project progress.
Responsibilities include:
- Site administration tasks such as reception, mail handling, filing, minute taking, data entry, and purchasing for site needs.
- Maintaining vehicle, plant, and equipment registers.
- Managing project leave registers and coordinating meetings, travel arrangements, and maintaining project files.
- Financial and commercial support tasks like inputs delivery dockets, orders, subcontractor details, and invoices into the job costing system.
- Checking invoice authorizations, assisting with valuation of progress claims, claim preparation, and project cost forecasting.
- Coordinate site-based travel, accommodation, and relocation arrangements.
The ideal candidate should have demonstrated exposure to job costing, purchasing, and accounts ideally within the construction industry. Relevant qualifications include a Certificate III in Business Administration or similar.
