About Us

We are a leading civil contractor with a strong focus on people, culture, and services.

Our team is currently looking to strengthen our capabilities with seasoned Project Managers for locations in Queensland and northern New South Wales.

This opportunity has arisen due to recent awards, which have enabled us to expand our projects and deliver more value to our clients.

The Role

  • As a Project Manager at our company, you will be responsible for the overall governance of your projects including health and safety, human resources, cost control, project analysis, and regular reporting.
  • You will ensure all contractual obligations are met, while maximising project outcomes to achieve positive client satisfaction.
  • You will lead the successful delivery of projects while maintaining strong relationships with clients, playing a pivotal role in the continued success and expansion of our business.

Your Skills and Experience

  • You will have a degree in Civil Engineering or similar, be willing to travel and work away from home when required, and have a genuine passion for your career.
  • Proven ability to deliver successful projects within the roads (Department of Transport and Main Roads and/or Transport for NSW) and civil infrastructure sectors;
  • Honed skills in project financial management, forecasting, and procurement;
  • Comprehensive experience of tender methodology (costing, risk and opportunities, constraints), contractual agreements, preparing claims and dispute management;
  • A strong track record of coordinating all aspects of projects to achieve project success including, time, cost, quality, and stakeholder satisfaction;
  • Demonstrated success in contributing towards growth and sustainability through leading, managing, and motivating multi-skilled teams;
  • A strong focus on safety and flexibility to operate on large projects or between numerous smaller projects;
  • The ability to identify key issues & problems and pick the best choice among alternatives;
  • Confidence in making proactive decisions and taking action reflective of business objectives.
