Key to our organization's success is the ability to deliver high-end residential builds on time and within budget.

We are seeking a highly skilled Site Director with a strong understanding of building regulations and OH&S policies.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in managing site trades and subcontractors, as well as practical construction site management/supervision experience.

Responsibilities include:

  • Management of site logistics
  • Coordination of material delivery
  • Implementation of OH&S policies
  • Project reporting
  • Programme formation

About you:

  • A passion for the building and construction industry is essential
  • Residential experience is highly valued
  • An appropriate tertiary qualification and/or extensive relevant experience is required
  • Leadership skills, including the ability to motivate team members and subcontractors, are crucial
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills and attention to detail are necessary
  • Computer literacy, particularly in MS Office, is also required
  • You must be able to work under pressure and as part of a larger team
  • A positive attitude and well-presented appearance are expected
  • Excellent communication skills are essential
  • Prior experience managing relevant trades and contractors is desirable
  • A proven understanding of building best practice, tools, and techniques is essential
