We have expanded internationally, raised significant funds for men's health, and supported numerous projects globally.
Key Responsibilities:- Oversee the implementation of Monitoring Evaluation Learning plans for initiatives related to men's health.
- Partner with Impact teams to understand evaluation needs and design a tailored approach.
- Develop a Theory of Change for an Impact Portfolio and a Monitoring Evaluation strategy that aligns with the organization's overall strategy.
- Ensure data quality control and submission of reports, monitoring progress, and facilitating knowledge sharing across the organization.
- Facilitate the translation and dissemination of organizational learnings from Monitoring Evaluation activities.
- Relevant qualifications in public/population health, psychology, medical research, or a related health discipline.
- Experience in designing and delivering research and/or evaluation projects, end-to-end project management, and communicating results to various stakeholders.
