- Work closely with people living with a disability, their families, and the local community
- Provide personal care and support with daily activities
- Assist with goal setting and implementation plans to help individuals achieve their aspirations
Our ideal candidate will have a genuine passion for making a difference in the lives of people with disabilities. You will possess excellent communication skills, be able to work independently and as part of a team, and have a high level of trust, honesty, and integrity.
Requirements- Be comfortable working with diverse age groups and abilities
- Have a Certificate III or IV in Disability
- Hold a current First Aid certificate
- Current NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Australian Driver's License and comprehensively insured vehicle
