Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced professional to lead complex data migration initiatives within the banking sector. This role requires a combination of technical expertise and strategic insight to drive solution design and hands-on delivery. The successful candidate will work closely with senior business and technical stakeholders to define migration scope, approach, and success criteria.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record delivering end-to-end data migrations in banking or financial services. They should possess strong capability in stakeholder management across business, operations, and IT, as well as excellent documentation, reporting, and executive-level communication skills.
Required Skills and Qualifications- Deep familiarity with data structures, ETL tools, cleansing/validation, and cutover strategies.
- Experience working in consulting-style environments or internal transformation teams.
- Exposure to enterprise-scale banking systems.
