Program Manager Position

We are seeking a highly experienced Program Manager to oversee the governance, reporting, and controls of a large-scale data transformation program.

This role is ideal for a seasoned professional with 5+ years in a leadership position or a Senior Analyst looking to step into management.

The successful candidate will manage a team of two senior analysts, maintain RAID logs, deliver high-quality program reporting, conduct QA on program artefacts, and partner with Program and Project Managers to ensure program alignment and outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the PMO function across the data transformation program.
  • Mentor a team of senior analysts.
  • Maintain and oversee RAID logs.
  • Deliver high-quality program reporting.
  • Conduct QA on program artefacts.
  • Partner with Program and Project Managers.
  • Use Jira for program reporting, dashboards, and visibility.
  • Drive process improvements.

Requirements

  • 5 years of experience as a Program Manager or 8 years as a Senior Analyst.
  • Strong background in RAID, reporting, governance, and QA.
  • Proven experience with Jira.
  • Strong leadership skills.
  • High attention to detail.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
