Job Title: Customer Claims Specialist

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Claims Specialist to join our team. As a Customer Claims Specialist, you will play a crucial role in recovering claims and implementing streamlined processes.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex claims or issues.
  • Review and adhere to internal policies, gathering and evaluating customer data and relevant documentation.
  • Drive process improvements to enhance claims efficiency.
  • Recover outstanding funds from various schemes and conduct thorough information collection and analysis.
  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of the scheme's structures and requirements.
  • Analyze data to propose actionable improvements.

Key Responsibilities

Your responsibilities will include:

  1. Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex claims or issues.
  2. Reviewing and adhering to internal policies, gathering and evaluating customer data and relevant documentation.
  3. Driving process improvements to enhance claims efficiency.
  4. Recovering outstanding funds from various schemes and conducting thorough information collection and analysis.
  5. Developing a comprehensive understanding of the scheme's structures and requirements.
  6. Analyzing data to propose actionable improvements.
