**Electrical Engineer Role**

About the Job

This is a full-time position at our manufacturing site in Coopers Plains, QLD. You will be working on a rotating shift Monday to Friday, with Saturday shifts available at overtime rates.

You will be working closely with an experienced engineering team to maintain and optimize electrical and automation assets.

Duties & Responsibilities
  • Champion a safety-first culture within the factory to ensure a zero-harm environment.
  • Work with the engineering team to implement plant maintenance and improvement strategies.
  • Fault find and troubleshoot equipment to limit downtime and improve operational effectiveness.
  • Provide technical support for plant operations.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • A technical background with an Electrical qualification (Licence, Certificate or Degree).
  • Experience with PLC systems would be an advantage.
  • Mechanical aptitude and interest.
  • Ability to trouble shoot and respond to breakdowns in an industrial environment.
