Job Opportunity

A talented and ambitious professional is sought for a challenging role that offers the chance to develop and grow within a dynamic environment.

This position provides an ideal platform for someone looking to expand their skills, knowledge, and experience in HR.

Key responsibilities include:

Providing expert advice and support to staff at all levels on HR policies, processes, and services.

Generating employment contracts, letters, and documentation for the entire employee lifecycle.

Processing and approving Employee Move or Change requests to our Payroll Processing team.

Coordinating Service Awards for various markets.

Contributing to HR projects and other initiatives driven by our HR business partners and centres of excellence.

What We Are Looking For:

  • Experience working in a similar role within a large, complex organisation with an understanding of HR practices.
  • Passionate about providing exceptional customer service.
  • Tertiary qualifications in HR or Business.
  • Approx. 1-2 years of experience in a similar role suited to a recent graduate.
  • Knowledge of HR practices in both Australia and New Zealand.
  • Strong attention to detail and solid understanding of employment contract preparation, policy advice, and generalist HR duties.
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills.
  • You enjoy working with data and spreadsheets with strong Excel skills.
  • Communicating effectively at all levels.
