Use your previous experience in HR/People Culture Management to take on this maternity leave role. The role entails you championing employee engagement, and creating an extraordinary employee experience.

Some of the duties of the role are:

- Managing the end-to-end talent acquisition process
- Implementing effective onboarding programs to ensure all new employees feel welcome
- Creating new and inspiring development plans, fostering continuous growth and success.
- Conducting surveys, with the view of keeping all employees engaged
- Instrumental in cultivating a positive work environment
- Conflict resolution
- Providing and owning culture of recognition, appreciation, and celebration that enhances the overall employee experience.
- Proven experience in HR, People & Culture, or a related field.
- A track record of successfully driving employee engagement and culture initiatives.
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to connect with diverse audiences.
- Adaptability and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- A passion for people, demonstrated through your ability to motivate, inspire, and bring out the best in individuals and teams.
