Dynamic Compensation Strategist

We are a leading global digital solutions provider, driving innovation and growth through our cutting-edge technology and services. Our team is at the forefront of shaping the future of digital transformation, and we are seeking a highly skilled Dynamic Compensation Strategist to join our Total Rewards function.

The role will be focused on compensation analysis and reporting, including pay equity and transparency. You will work closely with business managers and HR teams across multiple Operating Companies to provide technical and analytical support, as well as subject matter expertise. Your job will require analyzing complex datasets and translating unstructured information into meaningful business decisions.

Key responsibilities include participating in the implementation of the EU Pay Transparency Directive for 15 different legal entities, evaluating current Total Rewards policies and programs against market best practices, and supporting the preparation of internal audits on existing pay equity positions.

Additional responsibilities include identifying gaps in legislation and planning how to close them, preparing detail cost models by LE, and implementing new pay transparency reporting tools. You will also serve as a Total Rewards Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Romania, handling business requests for compensation and benefits management, and ensuring compliance with Country legislation for all Total Rewards programs and policies.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in Total Rewards / Compensation & Benefits in a multinational environment
  • Proficiency in MS-Office products, especially Excel and PowerPoint
  • Experience with HR systems, preferably WorkDay, working knowledge of Total Rewards systems and tools
  • High level of proficiency in HR analytics and data interpretation
  • Strong attention to details and a high level of accuracy
  • Understanding and awareness of compensation and benefits trends and statutory requirements in the EMEA region and globally
