SAP Project Management Role

This role involves managing single and multi-disciplinary SAP projects, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery. The ideal candidate will have experience in delivering IT projects in a small to medium-sized enterprise (SME) environment.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Project planning, tracking, and oversight to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery.
  • Managing installation schedules and timelines.
  • Interacting with project consultants to meet customer expectations and deliverables.
  • Implementing document control systems.
  • Facilitating regular internal project progress reporting.
  • Liaising with business process outsourcing (BPO) partners regarding contractual requirements.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in project management, preferably with five years of delivering medium-scale, complex IT projects.
  • SAP experience is essential.
  • Experience in managing large projects, including project planning, tracking, and oversight.
  • Skills in productivity and methodology tools that increase project efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Experience working with techniques and approaches related to project phases.
  • Excellent communication, time-management, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Good human relations and leadership skills.

A successful candidate will be able to drive project delivery processes and procedures in line with project methodologies, while developing strong relationships with stakeholders.
