Neurology and Stroke Care Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to fill a challenging position in the Neurology and Stroke Unit at a major hospital.
The role is being offered on a Full Time or Part Time permanent basis, allowing you to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to ensure safe care and enhanced Patient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess, plan, implement and evaluate nursing care in collaboration with individual/s and the greater healthcare team.
- Provide high-quality patient care through effective interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
- Demonstrate current clinical knowledge and clinical problem-solving ability.
- Work effectively within a multi-disciplinary team.
Requirements:
- Registered Nurse - Division 1 with Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
- Current experience in an acute hospital environment.
