**Job Title**: Office Manager
Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and approachable leader to manage our office operations. The ideal candidate will have the ability to motivate staff and create a positive working culture.
The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and supporting activities in successful project delivery, business development, cross team collaboration, and motivating and supporting staff to perform at their best. This includes handling enquiries on major projects within the local geographical area, developing and enhancing relationships between internal and external clients and team members, and building rapport quickly with other technical discipline leads and managers and their teams.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Appropriate tertiary qualifications or relevant experience in Engineering, Planning, Science fields.
- Proven leadership and capability in managing a large office with multi-discipline staff.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, self-motivated, and lead by example.
- A strong track record in building, nurturing, and maintaining ongoing client relationships.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
