Key Responsibilities
  • Participate in ongoing management, repairs, maintenance, arrears management and lease renewals
  • Use a client-centric mindset and strong communication skills to nurture relationships with landlords and tenants alike
  • Complete routine inspections and reporting
  • Complete physical entry and vacate reports, including written reports, photos, updated PM database and virtual tour of property
  • Complete onboarding forms, recording assets at the property and handover condition for all new business properties
  • Attend ad hoc out of office appointments, such as meeting valuers at properties for valuations, dropping and collecting lockboxes to properties and re-inspecting of vacate items after tenant has attended
What We're Looking For
  • You have a passion for Real Estate and a genuine interest in growing and developing your Property Management career
  • You hold a current QLD sales registration certificate or are in the final stages of completing
  • You hold a current QLD drivers licence with access to a reliable vehicle
  • You have a can-do attitude and willingness to work through problem-solving
  • You pride yourself on quality and timely service delivery
