We are seeking a skilled and experienced Customer Experience Manager to join our team at Oaks Brisbane Lexicon Suites.
About the Role:
- Lead and support the front office team in delivering exceptional guest experiences, ensuring seamless check-in/check-out processes, and resolving any issues that may arise.
- Collaborate with colleagues to maintain high standards of customer service, setting a positive tone for guests from the moment they arrive.
- Conduct thorough training programs for new team members, focusing on product knowledge, communication skills, and conflict resolution strategies.
- Effectively manage time, prioritize tasks, and maintain accurate records to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Maintain open lines of communication with senior management, providing timely updates on staff performance, guest feedback, and operational challenges.
About You:
- Prior experience in a supervisory role within a hospitality or customer-facing environment is essential.
- You will have a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service, handling complaints professionally, and driving sales growth through upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
- A strong understanding of hotel operations, including front desk procedures, housekeeping protocols, and food and beverage services is crucial.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills are required to effectively manage and motivate your team.
- You will be available to work weekends and flexible hours as needed to meet the demands of our busy hotel.
