- Nursing Care Specialist
We offer permanent opportunities for skilled healthcare professionals to work in our aged care services. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to act as a team leader and mentor at ward level, participating in effective teamwork and maintaining communication with colleagues to promote collaboration and facilitate the coordination of person-centred care.
Your strong interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills will prove invaluable as you work collaboratively with a range of staff. You will be able to develop your leadership skills and contribute to the delivery of high-quality care to ageing people.
- Act as a team leader and mentor at ward level

- Provide high-quality care to ageing people
- Hold current registration under the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)
- Have experience in palliative care and knowledge of AN-ACC
- Be able to deliver person-centred care that respects the dignity and worth of the individual
- Hold a current Senior First Aid Certificate
