
Salary Packaging Administrator

This role is responsible for ensuring exceptional customer service standards are maintained by providing administrative support and standardised processes for the team to function effectively.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in administration and customer service roles, with a proven ability to coordinate workflow and priorities in competing timeframes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintaining day-to-day administration functions
- Keeping staff up to date on legislative and client benefit changes
- Managing key client relationships at a payroll/accounting level
- Providing feedback to admin staff on quality issues
- Reviewing and providing feedback on administration tasks and call quality
- Providing concise information on products/benefits available for clients
- Identifying training opportunities within the Administration team
- Coordinating workflow within the team
- Managing client escalations and complaints
Requirements:
- Extensive experience in administration and customer service roles
- Demonstrated experience managing a team to achieve goals and objectives
- Ability to deliver quality outcomes within required timeframes
- Accurate numeracy skills and attention to detail
- Online Banking Review and Approval
Desired Experience:
- Knowledge of Fringe Benefit Tax across all client types
- Experience in advanced payroll systems
- Technical knowledge of Salary Packaging administration
