**Job Description:**

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Services Professional to join our team. As a key member of our Property Services team, you will be responsible for providing reliable and high-standard maintenance services across our residential aged care facilities.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Deliver a wide range of hands-on maintenance services, including general repairs, minor plumbing, painting, gardening, and equipment upkeep.
  • Ensure all activities comply with legislative and accreditation standards, including fire safety requirements.
  • Work closely with site staff to manage maintenance workloads, systems, and budgets.
  • Support audits, provide technical guidance to staff, and oversee contractor performance.
  • Participate in the on-call afterhours maintenance service roster at agreed times.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in a comparable maintenance or facilities role; aged care experience is advantageous.
  • Familiarity with Test & Tag procedures.
  • Proficient in IT systems and applications relevant to facilities operations.
  • Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities with effective time management.
  • Enthusiastic about developing comprehensive knowledge in Facilities Management.
