We are seeking a dedicated and skilled professional to join our team as a Maintenance Officer. This is a permanent part-time opportunity with 0.4 FTE.

The successful candidate will be based at Dutton Court and will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment.

The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail and be able to provide cost-effective maintenance services in a timely manner.

They will have strong communication skills and be able to engage effectively with customers.

In addition to technical qualifications, the successful candidate will hold a Working from Heights and White Card ticket, and have a valid National Police Check.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Provide maintenance services in a professional and friendly manner

- Participate in quality improvement programs, including documentation and stakeholder contacts

- Ensure all equipment is operated and serviced in accordance with site procedures and/or manufacturer's instructions

**Requirements:**

- Technical/qualifications relevant to the role

- Previous experience in a similar capacity will be highly regarded

- Exceptional customer service skills and ability to maintain confidentiality

- Valid National Police Check (or willing to obtain)
