Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement operational plans to ensure high-quality resident care
- Ensure compliance with Aged Care Accreditation Standards
- Lead a team of passionate nurses and carers to deliver exceptional care to residents
Requirements:
- Completion of tertiary qualifications in nursing, healthcare, or similar
- Current Registered Nurse registration with AHPRA
- Thorough understanding of the Aged Care Legislation and Aged Care Quality Standards
- Demonstrated understanding of AN-ACC assessment processes
- Proven competency in operational planning, strategic thinking, and resource management
