About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join Sanitarium's Engineering team as a Project Engineer - Beverage Design Specialist. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for providing engineering design, construction, supervision, and commissioning support to the core beverages engineering design team members.

Key Responsibilities

  • Uphold Sanitarium's values and contribute positively to the team and business culture.
  • Design machinery and plant from concept through to final engineering drawings ensuring the finished outcome is of a high standard.
  • Design and develop plant P&IDs and factory layouts using AutoCAD and Plant3D.
  • Contractor supervision pertaining to construction, installation, and commissioning of equipment.
  • Large scale process plant 3D design.
  • Develop project specification, budget, and timeline.
  • Develop scope documents and specifications for new equipment.
  • Provide hands-on technical support in the operation and commissioning of new equipment.
  • Creative and practical approach to problem-solving.
