Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled finance professional to lead our team and play a key role in the financial management of our business based in Melbourne.

  • Manage end-of-month close, journal entries, group consolidations and financial reporting.
  • Coordinate annual audits and prepare statutory financial statements.
  • Support group-level tax matters including transfer pricing, effective tax rate calculations, and liaison with external advisors.
  • Drive improvements in financial processes, systems and reporting.
  • Partner with stakeholders across the business to provide financial insights that support decision-making.

Candidates will have a CA/CPA qualification with a relevant tertiary degree and experience as Senior Financial Accountant/Finance Manager; ideally coupled with background in public practice.

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships.
