About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Return to Work Consultant to join our team at Ngare Employment Solutions Pty Ltd. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in delivering high-quality return to work consulting services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide expert guidance on best practice injury management, return to work, and legislative requirements
  • Offer a consultative service, including policy review, coaching, and onsite support
  • Develop and participate in proactive strategies to promote effective and early return-to-work
  • Support training development and delivery
  • Coordinate and participate in relevant committees and networks
Requirements
  • Tertiary qualifications in allied health or previous return to work or case management experience
  • Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of current workers compensation legislation and policy
  • A valid driver's license and willingness to travel within New South Wales
  • A Certificate IV in Assessment and Training (or willingness to obtain)
