Job Title: RTW Advisor

Haylo People is seeking an experienced and proactive Return to Work (RTW) Advisor to join our team. As an RTW Advisor, you will play a crucial role in managing workers' compensation claims and supporting injured employees in their return to work.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will have strong technical experience in RTW, with a proven ability to manage claims and collaborate with stakeholders effectively. You will be responsible for taking charge of the entire workers' compensation claim process, working closely with a claims manager to achieve optimal return-to-work outcomes and reduce claim costs.

You will also be responsible for managing proactive case management and early intervention to support injured employees in their return to work. Additionally, you will provide support to senior advisors and step in during leave periods to maintain continuity within the team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage workers' compensation claims from initiation to resolution
  • Collaborate with claims managers to achieve optimal return-to-work outcomes
  • Develop and implement proactive case management and early intervention strategies
  • Provide support to senior advisors and cover leave periods as needed
Requirements:
  • Strong technical experience in RTW, with a proven ability to manage claims and collaborate with stakeholders effectively
  • Experience in one of the three legislations (NSW, VIC, QLD)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively

Haylo People offers a competitive hourly rate of $50 to $55 per hour, plus super. We also offer opportunities for professional development and growth, as well as potential for permanency following an initial 6-month temporary assignment.
