Job Summary

We're seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Exercise Physiologist to join our team as a Rehabilitation Consultant. As a key member of our team, you'll work closely with clients, employers, and medical professionals to develop and implement return-to-work plans, ensuring a safe and timely transition back to work.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a portfolio of return-to-work files, conducting assessments and making recommendations
  • Attend medical appointments and communicate complex medical information to clients and insurers
  • Develop and implement return-to-work plans, ensuring a safe and timely transition back to work
  • Document case notes and reports, meeting compliance requirements
Requirements
  • Tertiary qualification in Exercise Physiology or a related field
  • Full registration with ESSA or AHPRA
  • Car and valid driver's license
  • Police check or willingness to obtain prior to commencement
