Mental Health Nurse Opportunities

We are seeking dedicated Registered Mental Health Nurses to join regional and remote teams across Queensland.

Job Summary

Our mental health nursing roles offer the chance to make a meaningful impact while exploring diverse communities. You will be working in community-based and inpatient mental health services, conducting assessments and developing care plans, as well as delivering crisis intervention and support.

As a valued member of our multidisciplinary team, you will collaborate with colleagues to provide holistic care to clients and their families. Your experience and expertise will enable you to educate and advocate for individuals requiring mental health support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop personalized care plans
  • Deliver community-based and inpatient mental health services, ensuring the highest level of patient care
  • Provide crisis intervention and support to individuals in need
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care coordination
  • Support clients and their families through education and advocacy
Requirements
  • AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
  • Minimum 2-5 years of experience in mental health nursing, depending on the role
  • Ability to work independently in regional settings
  • Valid driver's license for remote roles
