Job Title: Floor Operations Leader

Job Summary: We are seeking an accomplished and results-driven Floor Operations Leader to spearhead our team in delivering exceptional customer experiences.

About the Role: As a key member of our retail operations, you will be responsible for creating a welcoming and inspiring store environment that drives results. You will lead with energy and purpose, setting the tone for a store environment that is not only welcoming but also drives sales.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Service Delivery: Deliver high levels of customer service through expert styling advice, strong product knowledge, and engaging store experiences.
  • Sales Analysis and Collaboration: Analyse sales data and collaborate with Store/Concession Managers to maximise department performance.
  • Team Leadership and Motivation: Lead and motivate teams of Sales Advisors to consistently achieve service and presentation standards.
  • Recruitment and Onboarding: Support recruitment efforts and ensure effective onboarding and training for new team members.
  • Talent Development: Identify and nurture future talent, contributing to development plans that support team progression.
  • Store Operations Management: Oversee daily store operations, ensuring efficiency and alignment with brand standards.
  • Brand Ambassadorship: Act as a brand ambassador, delivering the best possible experience for every customer.

This is a full-time position with a contract of 38 hours per week.
