Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Floor Leader to support our management team in delivering exceptional customer service and driving operational excellence.

The successful candidate will play a vital role in maintaining high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and safety in our workplace, while assisting with training and development programs for new staff members.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for collaborating with colleagues to achieve shared goals and objectives, providing exceptional customer service, and supporting the management team in daily operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supporting Management Team: Assist the management team in daily operations, ensuring seamless communication and coordination between teams.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive experience for all customers.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate with colleagues to achieve shared goals and objectives, promoting a positive and productive work environment.
  • Cleanliness and Hygiene: Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in the workplace, adhering to health and safety regulations.
  • Training and Development: Assist with training and development programs for new staff members, ensuring they receive comprehensive support and guidance.
Requirements:
  • Experience: 1 year of experience in a bar or hospitality role, preferably with supervisory experience.
  • RSA Certification: RSA certification is preferred but not required.
  • Work Authorization: Work authorization for Australia is preferred but not required.
  • Flexibility: Ability to work varied hours, including weekends and evenings.
