Experimental Lead Job Description

We are seeking a talented Experimental Lead to join our team. As an Experimental Lead, you will be responsible for designing and operationalising a structured experimentation framework aligned to business goals.

This role involves developing experimentation playbooks, guardrails, and governance models to ensure consistency and scalability. You will also translate business objectives into prioritised hypotheses and testable experiments.

The successful candidate will lead end-to-end planning, execution, and analysis of A/B and multivariate tests across websites and digital platforms. They will collaborate with UX, Product, Marketing, and Content teams to design test hypotheses and define success criteria.

You will integrate experimentation insights with broader Digital Insights, MarTech, and customer datasets. Additionally, you will partner with the Digital Insights team to build self-serve dashboards and reports that communicate test outcomes.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and operationalise a structured experimentation framework.
  • Develop experimentation playbooks and governance models.

Requirements
  • Essential Skills:
  • Digital optimisation, experimentation, or digital analytics experience.
  • Proven track record of designing, executing, and analysing A/B and multivariate tests.
  • Experience working in cross-functional digital teams and influencing senior stakeholders.
  • Experience building experimentation roadmaps and governance models.
