Design and Operationalise Experimentation

Australia's leading wellbeing company is transforming to capitalise on growth opportunities. We are looking for a skilled professional to design and operationalise a structured experimentation framework aligned to business goals.

This role will involve developing experimentation playbooks, guardrails, and governance models to ensure consistency and scalability. You will collaborate with UX, Product, Marketing, and Content teams to design test hypotheses and define success criteria.

About the Role
  • Develop a comprehensive experimentation strategy.
  • Design and implement experimentation playbooks, guardrails, and governance models.
  • Translate business objectives into prioritised hypotheses and testable experiments.
  • Lead end-to-end planning, execution, and analysis of A/B and multivariate tests.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional digital teams and influence senior stakeholders with insights.

We are seeking someone with strong leadership, analytical expertise, and a deep understanding of experimentation principles, digital analytics, and MarTech integration. The ideal candidate will have experience in digital optimisation, experimentation, or digital analytics roles, preferably in enterprise environments.

About You
  • Experience in digital optimisation, experimentation, or digital analytics.
  • Proven track record of designing, executing, and analysing A/B and multivariate tests at scale.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional digital teams and influence senior stakeholders.
  • Strong digital literacy including CRO tools.
