As a key member of the CBGU JV team, you will be responsible for leading the Construction team working across various rail sites within the Tunnel, Stations and Development (TSD) package in Brisbane.

The ideal candidate will have extensive construction experience within the Rail sector, proven leadership skills, and adaptability in a fast-paced environment. You will oversee CBGU JV Services supervision and associated trades, ensuring all work meets standards in relation to safety, quality, schedules, and cost.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Oversight of CBGU JV Services supervision and associated trades
  • Understanding and communicating CBGU JV electrical safety standards and compliance
  • Driving consistency through results in works completion inclusive of documentation
  • Interfacing with external work groups as part of rail and project-wide services trades

The minimum requirements for this role include:

  • Relevant Electrical Qualifications
  • Tier 1 experience in infrastructure projects, rail projects (highly regarded)
  • Familiarity with all aspects of Commercial and Infrastructure and associated Australian Standards and Codes of Practice
  • Familiarity with completions programs (such as Hexgon / Completions Connect / other) and Quality Assurance
  • Highly developed communication, negotiation, and influencing skills
  • Solutions orientation and ability to manage multiple complex tasks simultaneously
